A: To clearly communicate what is expected of us & to give you exactly what you envision for your order. (Don’t worry, it’s worth every bite!) To place an order please provide us as much information as possible to receive a quote. Your quote does not secure your order or date, it allows you to gather the costs and information to decide if you would like to continue processing your order with us. Once you decide to celebrate with us, paying a deposit secures your order for the next step. Final payment is due prior to delivery or at pick up. If you are ready to dish out the ingredients we need to create your custom quote, download the ORDERING PROCESS CHECKLIST to help guide you through the details. Then you can fill out the CUSTOM ORDER FORM with your information. You may bring in your information, email it to us, or have it ready when you call us. If any of the following apply to your order inquiry, please understand our quotes are based off of current supplies and employee costs which could reflect a difference in pricing. Our team uses a lot of hands and time to go over and create custom quotes with our customers. Please respect our decision if we can’t produce a quote for you under certain circumstances.
“I saw this cake and I was just interested in knowing what something like this might cost” -If you do not have an occasion in mind or budget plan for your custom order please gather more details before reaching out. “I need a cake for tomorrow, is that possible?” -If you are needing a cake immediately, or within a few days, you will need to call us to secure your order and you may not have the option for a custom order and can choose from our ready-made cakes available. It is always best to speak to one of our team members, emails and texts can be overlooked. This will save you time before giving us all your information. “Last year I received a quote for a cake, I would like to get one similar to what I had before.” -Our prices will have yearly adjustments to fluctuate with our variable costs that play a large factor in your cost-employees, supplies, overhead costs. Please anticipate that each cake you receive from us is CUSTOM made and priced. |

Delivery

One of the safest and most convenient methods of getting your sweets to an event or party is having it hand delivered and set up for you. Cake me away will travel 2 minutes down the road or all the way to NY to get the sweets in the right direction!

One of our favorite and most exciting departments is the element of surprise! We all experience those moments where we wish we could send a loved one a sweet reminder of how much we appreciate them, want a fun way to thank them, maybe you need to sweeten up the atmosphere for your apology, or celebrate a birthday from a distance.
